Applying an excessive amount of heat to your hair may lead you to hair loss and no curls at all. Do you think you're guilty of using too much heat to your hair? We're pretty sure some of us are very guilty. If you love to feel glamorous and curl your hair but believe you cannot miss a day without a curling wand, you may be the contributing to the problem. There are many ways to achieve those sexy curls, tame those stubborn fly aways, and give your hair some texture without heat.
Exposing your hair to heat on a daily basis causes dryness, breakage, and possibly hair loss in the process. Heat protectant can only minimize the damage done by a small percentage. This spray unfortunately does not make your immune to heat damage. Did you really think this? Fundamentally every time you use your twisting wand and fold your hair over it, you're immediately destroying away the moisture in your hair.
1. Lazy Beach Curl Days
In case you're a low-maintenance lady who frequently wavers between styling her hair and shaking a bun, apathetic heatless twists are your ideal match. A 'do that requires negligible exertion, it's great for when you're working with second or third-day hair, assuming you need to accomplish fast waves while you perform multiple tasks, or are simply having a languid day.
Use a Flexi-Rod
Brush your hair out allowing every strand of hair to be free.
Section your hair and get ready to use your Flexi-rod.
Be sure to straighten out your Flexi-Rod until it is completely straight.
Wrap your hair around the Flexi-Rod in an upwards motion (starting at the ends).
Continue until you reach the root of your hair
Curl the ends of the Flexi-Rods into a "C"
Continue this process throughout your entire head.
2. Velcro Rollers Bombshell Curls
Items Needed: Hair Spray + Big Rollers
Wash and blow your hair until it is completely dry.
Pull out your velcro rollers to achieve this voluptuous style.
Use a rat tail comb to section your hair. Gently spray hair spray to secure a hold.
Roll your hair inwards or outwards from ends to root with a roller.
You may leave your rollers in for 20 minutes or 30 minutes. Set your timer!
3. Mermaid Waves
Whoever said mermaids didn't exist haven't seen you rock your mermaid waves yet. All you will need to achieve these beautiful waves are a few hair ties , a comb or brush, and some hair spray.
Start your hair off by parting down the middle.
Grab your comb or brush and start to braid your hair.
Finish off with hair spray and allow for your braids to remain in braids for at least 3-4 hours * overnight for the best wave results*.
